My Story
The Truth? I’ve Been Where You Are.
For years, my life looked “successful” from the outside. Career. Family. Busy days. A full schedule. A nice house, car and holidays.

But inside, I felt overwhelmed, drained, and disconnected from the woman I knew I could be.
Everyday, I woke up tired. A sense of anxiety about the day ahead. The imposter syndrome of not being ‘good enough’ at home and at work.
I said yes when I wanted to say no. Trying to please everyone but still disappointing people. The guilt draining the small amount of energy I had.
I was overweight and using food, drink, shopping, and just doing more to feel better. I tried quick fixes that never stuck. I bought programmes that didn’t help.
And I kept thinking… surely life wasn’t meant to feel this heavy. That there had to be more to life.

The Breaking Point
My breaking point came when my Mum passed away after battling terminal cancer for several years. A month later, I started a new job and was so busy putting on that “I’m fine. Everything’s ok.” face to the world, I didn’t notice what was happening inside me.
I was suffering with depression and anxiety, along with the grief. I got to a point I could no longer cope in the world. I just didn’t have the energy to pretend I was OK anymore.

Looking back at that time, I had known I was unhappy for a few years. But I always felt that I should be happy because I had done ‘all the things’. I had done well at school. I got a Masters Degree. I had a good job. I lived a good life. But somewhere along the way, I had lost my spark.

The Turning Point
The turning point came during a grief counselling session.
I was spending so much energy trying to be who I thought I should be for others, instead of living in alignment with who I was.
It was a gentle but powerful realisation.
I didn’t need to change everything.
I just needed to start somewhere — with one small, intentional habit, that mattered to me.
That tiny choice created a shift. And that shift grew into something beautiful. A life lived with intention. A life that was aligned with who I was. A life in which I felt like me again.
Now, I have the privilege of helping women like you make the same journey.
Not with pressure. Not with perfection.
But with small, meaningful habits that create calm, clarity, confidence, and a life you genuinely love waking up to.

This method is at the heart of how I help you move from overwhelm to intentional living.

We focus on Foundation Habits like drinking water, good nourishment, movement that feels good, supporting your sleep and probably the most important one, self-compassion and kindness. We treat ourselves like we would treat a best friend. The foundation habits are an ideal place to start, if you don’t know where to start. Once you start to feel good, everything else starts to become a bit lighter, and easier.
The C.A.L.M. approach we use will help you gain clarity around the gentle shifts that will help you to feel like you again. The gentle habits are aligned to you and a deliberate, intentional step to the beautiful life you want to live. The whole approach is gentle and low-pressure. We start small, really small. We refine and reset when life gets messy. We are mindful and intentional with all the choices we make, to ensure they are meaningful. Focusing on how the habits make you feel, in the present, they start to become the very things that make your life beautiful right now.
Once you start, you will begin feel better. And when you feel better, everything becomes clearer — your goals, your boundaries, your dreams, your energy.
